ننشر نص كلمـــة الرئيس عبــد الفتــاح السيســي خلال احتفالية “قادرون باختلاف” :
“بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
بنـاتــى وأبنـائــى من ذوى الهمم.. الحضور الكريم،
﴿السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته﴾
أود بداية، أن أرحب بأسر أبنائنا من ذوى الهمم.. وأؤكد شعورى الدائم بالفخر والامتنان.. لاستمرار لقائنا السنوى.. الذى أصبح تقليدا مهما.. وعلامة سنوية بارزة.. تؤكد استمرار التزام مصر برعاية أبنائها وبناتها… وإتاحة المجال أمامهم للتقدم والازدهار إيمانا بأن ثروة هذا البلد الأساسية.. تتمثل فى مواردها البشرية.. وعلى رأسهم أبناؤنا من ذوى الهمم.
واسمحوا لى، أن أؤكد فى هذا الصدد.. اعتزازى الشديد، بما تحققونه من نجاحات باهرة.. تثبت مجددا أصالة المعدن المصرى.. وقدرته على تحدى الصعاب، أيا كانت.. وإيجاد “الفرص من بين التحديات.. والمنح من قلب المحن” وإننا جميعا على دراية.. بالنماذج المضيئة لمصريين عظام.. صنعوا بعزيمتهم الصلبة.. التقدم والفخر لبلادهم.. فى العلوم والآداب والفنون والرياضة وغيرها.
كما لا يفوتنى، أن أعرب عن تقديرى العظيم.. لأسر وعائلات أبنائنا من ذوى الهمم الذين آمنوا بما لديهم من ثروة غالية.. وبذلوا من حياتهم وطاقتهم الكثير
ثقة فى أن أبناءهم.. قادرون على إحداث الفارق لهذا الوطن.. الذى لن ينهض، إلا بسواعد أبنائه وقدراتهم.
وأتقدم كذلك بالشكر.. إلى منظمات المجتمع المدنى.. العاملة فى هذا المجال.. التى تتضافر جهودها مع جهود الحكومة..فى نموذج وطنى متكامل ومشرف.. من أجل تقديم كل عون ودعم لأبنائنا من ذوى الهمم.
الحضور الكريم،
يواجه عالمنا اليوم، وإقليمنا.. تحديات جمة.. وأزمات صعبة تفرض أوضاعا تتطلب الوحدة والجلد والثبات وأؤكد لكم أننا اخترنا هذا الطريق.. طريق العمل والصبر والتضحية ثقة منا فى قدرات هذا الشعب العظيم.. واستلهاما لما نراه دائما فى أبنائنا من ذوى الهمم.. من قدرة على تحمل الصعاب.. والنجاح رغم كل المعوقات.
وفى هذا الإطار، فقد وجهت الحكومة.. باستمرار العمل على برامجها لدعم ذوى الهمم.. والبناء على النجاحات، التى تحققت على مدار الأعوام السابقة.. وعلى رأسها زيادة المنشآت المخصصة لخدمات ذوى الهمم والاستمرار فى إصدار بطاقات الخدمات المتكاملة والدعم النقدى.. واستمرار عمليات توظيفهم فى الجهات الحكومية.. بما فى ذلك الوظائف القيادية، فضلا عن صدور القانون الخاص بدعم صندوق “قادرون باختلاف”.
أبنائى وبناتى،
فى ختام كلمتى، أود أن أعرب لكم.. عن بالغ تقديرى.. واحترامى لعزيمتكم وإرادتكم وكفاحكم.. وعن سعادتى البالغة بتواجدى معكم، ولقائكم اليوم متمنيا لكم كل التوفيق والنجاح.
وفقنا الله جميعا، لما فيه الخير، لهذا الوطن الكريم.
وبالله العظيم دائما: تحيا مصر، تحيا مصر، تحيا مصر.

My sons and daughters of determination, honorable guests
May Allah’s peace and blessings be upon you
At the outset, I would like to welcome the families of our sons and daughters of determination and emphasize my enduring feelings of pride and appreciation for the persistence of our annual gathering, which has become a significant tradition and a prominent annual event that underscores Egypt’s commitment to caring for its sons and daughters and providing them with prospects for progress and prosperity, driven by the belief that the homeland’s greatest wealth lies in its human resources, primarily its sons and daughters of determination.
Allow me, in this regard, to confirm my great pride in the amazing successes you have achieved. This proves, once again, the authenticity of the Egyptian character and its ability to challenge hardships, whatever they are, and find opportunities from within the challenges and blessings from the heart of adversities. We are all aware of the bright examples of great Egyptians, who have created, with their solid determination, progress and pride for their country in sciences, literature, arts, sports and others.
I would also like to seize the opportunity to express great appreciation for the families of our sons and daughters of determination, who believed in the precious wealth they have and devoted a great portion of their lives and full capacities, fueled by confidence in their sons and daughters’ potential to make a difference in this homeland, which will only progress by the power of its sons and daughters of determination.
I would also like to extend gratitude to civil society organizations operating in this field, which stood united with the government in their efforts, offering an honorable, full-fledged national model to provide all support and backing for our sons and daughters of determination.
Honorable attendees,
Our world and region are currently facing numerous challenges and crises, necessitating unity, resilience, and action. We have chosen the path of patience, sacrifice, and confidence in our abilities, inspired by the determination and success of our people, especially our children.
In this context, I have directed the government to continue working on its programs that support the people of determination and build on the successes achieved over the past years mainly, increasing facilities and services for people of determination, issuing integrated service cards and cash support, and promoting their employment in government agencies, including leadership positions. In addition to approving the legislation to support the “Differently Abled” Fund.
Sons and Daughters,
In conclusion, I would like to express to you my deepest appreciation and respect for your determination, will, and struggle. I am delighted to be with you today and wish you all the best and success.
May God grant us success for the good of our noble country.
